Our unique partnership with the manufacturer of our Remora heat pumps allows us to deliver the performance and features our customers want, the result is a range of heat pumps that deliver exceptional COP and heating efficiency, the Remora Professional Inverter range introduces our first 14kW plug and play model and a new 35kW model at the top of the range.

Matching the Remora Professional’s performance, are the highest levels of British quality control and engineering, the powder coated steel case features a cut out fan grill adding to the already sleek and stylish design, the patented, flush fit touch control LCD screen is fully waterproof and requires no additional cover, the full colour display offers precise digital read outs and the heat pump is controllable via Wi-Fi using Smart Life App.

The build quality of the Remora Professional is backed by a four year parts and labour warranty and a ten year warranty of the compressor and heat exchanger (parts only after year four).

The Remora Professional features external control (subject to connection to a suitable Wi-Fi network), allowing remote access to the heat pump for changing parameters and diagnosing running issues, this removes the need for an engineer to attend site or for customers to self-diagnose issues, advanced parameters allow for all aspect of the heat pumps running to be tailored to your requirements.

The full stepless DC Inverter system allows the Remora Professional to be responsive and efficient, choose Boost mode to deliver fast heating, Silent mode for night time running, Eco for the most efficient running or simply leave in Smart mode for intelligent day to day heating or cooling of your pool or pond, all selectable at the touch of a button.

Our 8kW, 10kW and 14kW Remora Professional heat pumps come fitted with mains cable, RCD and plug as standard, making them suitable for outdoor sockets, the other models in the range will require electrical installation by a qualified electrician.

Return Policy:

Dry Goods

We have a 14-day return policy on dry goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If returned via online order please provide us with the order number.

To start a return, you must contact us via telephone or email via sales@js-koi.co.uk. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the returns process. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 7 Fleam Road, Nottingham, NG11 8PJ.

After leaving our premises, JS KOI Limited accept no responsibility for Koi purchased and cannot be returned due to our strict bio security measures.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, providing as much information as possible using photographic and/or video evidence where applicable, so that we can evaluate the issue as quickly as possible and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@js-koi.co.uk.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Policy:

Deliveries for both Koi and Dry Goods are currently available for UK Mainland only.
Collection of Koi can be made via appointment.

Koi Deliveries:

Koi will be shipped using APC overnight shipping service. Express delivery costs a minimum of £29.95 per box, subject to size and Koi quantity. The delivery service provided is a pre afternoon 'Next Working Day' delivery on koi only.

Once an order is placed, JS KOI will notify you of available delivery dates. Our dispatch days are Tuesday-Thursday and delivery days Wednesday-Friday. Confirmation may be required due to signature upon delivery. If an order is placed on Wednesday, this will be added to the deliveries for the next day or following week if requested. If you have opted for delivery, we will contact you via email to confirm delivery availability prior to shipping your order. Koi will only be actioned for delivery if confirmation is provided to us by phone or email that a recipient will be at the specified delivery address on the agreed date of delivery to sign for the Koi in person. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and contact number for deliveries.

All Koi purchased with us between 15/11/2024 and 28/02/2025 can be wintered within our facilities at no extra cost until 31/03/2025. After this date, there is a holding fee of £15 per week on Koi purchased between the specified dates. Customers will be contacted in due course to arrange collection or delivery.

Please check with your local APC courier to ensure Live Fish can be delivered to the specified address prior to purchase.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer several different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Shop Pay, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What shipping methods does JS KOI offer?

JS KOI delivers exclusively to the UK Mainland. Koi are shipped via overnight service, while dry goods arrive within 1-3 business days using express delivery.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
