General Koi Purchasing Terms & Conditions:
All Koi undergo a strict quarantine procedure.
If you want to change the Koi you have purchased, this can be done within 14 days of original purchase, providing the Koi purchased has not left our premises. A change of Koi can only be applied to Koi that are still within our premises and of the same value.
If death of a Koi occurs under our care we will issue a full refund.
Genders are not guaranteed unless specifically stated e.g., Female guaranteed.
